This is a very quick dish to prepare. No fuss, a tasty Paleo dinner that only takes few minutes to cook.
First of all rub the steak all over with olive oil and a good pinch of salt and black pepper.
Add the steak to a hot grill and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn it and cook it for 3 more minutes (for medium-rare), or to your liking.
Serve it with a simple salad of Sam Marzano tomatoes and basil leaves, dresssed with good quality extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.
I served the steak also with some sliced store bought spicy beetroot. Yummy!
